The Australian Psychological Society (APS) deems Professional Development (PD) as “activities which result in the improvement and broadening of knowledge and skill and the personal and professional qualities needed for the provision of professional services” in the field of psychology.
Professional development opportunities are available in multiple formats including e-learning, seminars, workshops and conferences; and from multiple sources. Many organisations offer PD programs to enhance your career including, but not limited to, the APS.
